Qualicum Beach Family History Society is celebrating 20 years of exploring genealogy and family history.

As part of this celebration, they invite all past and present members to join us at Rotary House, 211 Fern Road West in Qualicum Beach between 2:30 and 4:30 on the afternoon of March 20, 2024.

At that time they hope to honour those who founded the Society, were members at the first Annual General Meeting in 2004 or volunteered in those early years providing the solid base from which the Society has grown; the first speakers who motivated them to research and explore their roots, and their past Presidents who steered us through this time.

There will be an opportunity to share memories and moments of surprise and excitement as well as stories of how membership in the Society helped you with your family history.

If you cannot attend in person but would like to join us and share a story via Zoom, please let them know by sending a message via our website www.qbfhs.ca and they will  send you a Zoom link.
