Parksville Beach Festival returns to The Parksville Community Park & Beach
The competition is July 13th – 16th and The Exhibition is July 17th – August 20th
 
Competition Hours Open to the Public:
  • Friday, July 14th, 2:00 pm - 8:30 pm
  • Saturday, July 15th & Sunday, July 16th 9:30 am - 8:30 pm
  • Exhibition Hours: 9:30 am - 8:30 pm daily
Entry to the Exhibition is by a suggested donation of $5 per person with proceeds supporting several local non-profit organizations
The Parksville Beach Festival is returning for 2023 with The Quality Foods Sand Sculpting Competition & Exhibition, Weekend concerts, Daily buskers, An artisan market, And a special weekend evening light-up. of the sculptures.
 
Dating back to 1982, the Sand Sculpting event had a total of 100 people attend the very first event. Now, it’s a world-class Master Sculptor competition attracting over 100,000!
It’s also the only Canadian competition that’s designated as a qualifying event for the World Championship of Sand Sculpting.
