Oceanside Mind Body Spirit Expo

Oceanside's Mind Body and Spirit Expo is back and happening at Parksville's Curling Club on Saturday, June 24th from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. There will be lots of door prizes, vendors and talented readers to come and check out. This event is the place to learn about alternative ways to improve our lives. It might include seeking out a natural approach of health products, using Herbs and Tinctures, Aromatherapy, and so much more ways to relieve daily stress and experience well being to the fullest

Door admission is $5 per person, and kids are free! Proceeds are being donated to the local food bank and homeless shelters.
