One of my goals this year was to learn how to cook better! It’s been a journey for sure… but I stumbled upon some tips that have come in handy. Here’s what you can do when you’ve made a cooking mistake:
Too Sweet? Add vinegar or lemon juice!
Too Salty? Drop in some potato!
Too Spicy? Use cream or yogurt.
Too Sour? Add something sweet like sugar or honey!
Overcooked Pasta? Fry it up in a pan with olive oil.
Overcooked Veggies? Transform into soup!
Burnt Pan? Use baking soda and aluminum foil.
